Hi,

I have been trying to get verified since last year. I have been using IPB continuously since v3 around 2008. I was a customer in the old marketplace but not worried about any of that.  While your instructions are explicit and while I am on the latest version, it will not let me make a username that is two words IE: All Astronauts. I have tried email and "contact us" but never had  response.  Hoping somebody sees this and can tell me what to do to get past this verification stage.
